Delete your TATA account
You can delete your account in the app or submit a request here. Your account and associated pet profiles, photos, records, and conversations will be deleted together.
Delete in the app
Open Pet → Settings → Delete account, then follow the confirmation steps.
Email us if you cannot sign in
Send the prefilled email. We will verify account ownership securely before processing the request.
